- AdventHealth owned practice with support structure including operations management, billing, coding, and HR. Same EMR in hospital and clinic.
- Health/Vision/Dental, Occurrence based malpractice, Retirement, CME allowance, License and Membership Fees, Relocation expenses.
- No state income tax
- Commencement bonus up to $15K for experienced candidates
- Relocation assistance up to $5K
Ideal candidate should have:
- 2+ years’ experience as an advanced practice provider in a general OBGYN practice
- A vision to care for patients using evidence-based medicine with a focus on patient safety and patient satisfaction.
- Ability to perform (or desire to learn) office procedures such as IUD insertion and removal, endometrial biopsy, contraceptive implant insertion and removal, and first-trimester vaginal ultrasound. Training available
Education, Licensure, and Certification Required:
- Certified Nurse Midwife Licensure
- Minimum three years of experience as RN including Labor and Delivery in a high-risk center
- Current BLS and ACLS
- DEA Required

AdventHealth Waterman is a 300-bed, full-service community hospital located in the heart of Lake County. Founded in 1938 by Frank Waterman, president of the Waterman Fountain Pen Company, the hospital has grown from an 18-bed facility to a leading provider of acute and home health services in Central Florida. The hospital joined AdventHealth in 1992 and moved to its current location in 2003. With more than 1,900 employees and over 300 physicians and advanced practice providers on its medical staff, the hospital treats more than 14,000 inpatients a year and treats over 65,000 patients in its Emergency Department annually.
