Job Description:

We are seeking a Sr. Manager, HRBP to lead HR operational excellence and continuous process improvement across our hospital network. This role is ideal for an experienced HR leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, process design, and execution.
In this role, you will standardize and operationalize HR processes, develop and maintain SOPs and workflows, and ensure HRBPs have the tools, resources, and guidance needed to deliver consistent, high-quality HR support. You will serve as a trusted operational partner to the Executive Directors and HRBP’s, providing hands-on support, troubleshooting, and best-practice guidance.
You will own HR operational tools and resources, lead initiatives to streamline workflows, improve consistency, and enhance efficiency. This role also drives HR calendar planning and defines HR operations metrics, reporting, and data strategy to support transparency and continuous improvement.
This is a high-impact role for a process-oriented HR leader who is passionate about building scalable systems, improving the HRBP experience, and driving operational excellence across a complex organization.

Provides guidance for front line leaders on coaching, counseling, career development, policy interpretation, and application.

Establishes relationships to work as a trusted partner and advisor to facility leadership, maintaining open communication to execute programs, services, and solutions for achieving business objectives.

Leads the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives at a regional or divisional level, translating local business requirements into human resources goals and actions aligned with strategic initiatives.

Manages workforce planning by partnering with line managers to forecast and plan talent pipeline requirements in line with business strategy.

Consults with human resources shared services to drive talent acquisition strategies, supports departmental labor demand models, and designs new hire experience, onboarding, and orientation.
