Member Services Representative PRN As Needed

Job Description:

Shift: Per Diem

Seeking availability for 3-4 shifts per week.  Shift times Monday-Thursday 130p-8p, Friday Noon-6pm, Sat/Sun 7a-3p, Wednesday 5a-1:30p (on occasion)

• Notifies appropriate departments for any work orders and Environmental Services for any needed services.
• Presents and sells products and services to current and potential members.
• Builds and maintains relationships with existing members to reduce attrition levels.
• Greets customers and patients, answers telephone with good phone etiquette, and transfers calls to appropriate party.
• Assists members with billing changes, bridges, freezes, or other changes in membership status.

Education:
• High School Grad or Equiv [Preferred]

Field of Study:

Work Experience:
• 1+ retail or customer service experience [Preferred]• Previous experience in a health and wellness/fitness center [Preferred]
