Job Description:

• Up to $10,000 sign on bonus

• Up to $3000 relocation bonus

• Location: AdventHealth East Orlando Sports Med and Rehab 7975 Lake Underhill Rd Suite 300/345 Orlando, Fl

• Schedule: Monday – Friday Flexible

• Develops and participates in practice changes as a result of performance improvement activities, supporting quality standards and initiatives set by the department.

• Coordinates regular chart audits and reviews for accurate and timely completion for the assigned area/team, including input of PI data as required, and educates the clinical team, coaching individuals to support regulatory and content compliance with clinical documentation.

• Performs all duties of a Clinician as per the associated Clinicians job description based on license.

• Serves as a clinical resource for physicians, stakeholders, patients, and staff, escalating issues as appropriate to their leader as appropriate.

• Assists in daily operations, including active involvement in clinical and service rounding, develops and delivers clinical content at staff meetings, conducts staff meetings, completes management reports and Investigates, responds to complaints.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Commitment to patient-oriented practice [Required]• '- Basic competence in computer skills to include EMR experience, Outlook and Microsoft Office [Required]• Must be able to read, write, speak, and have good comprehension of conversational English [Required]• Problem-solving ability [Preferred]• Ability to organize, communicate and implement departmental goals and program objectives within the perspective of a healthcare organization's Mission and Values [Preferred]

Education:
• Master's [Preferred]

Field of Study:
• Healthcare related 

Work Experience:
• 1+ as a licensed and treating occupational, physical, or speech therapist [Required]

• Education requirements for this position are determined by the licensing or certification standards set forth by the relevant certifying body. Applicants must possess the level of education mandated for eligibility to obtain and maintain the required license or certification.

Pay Range:

$65,622.66 – $134,259.75
