Job Description:

• Develops and applies departmental policies and procedures in cooperation with administration and other departments.
• Participates in budget and staffing development plans for the fiscal year.
• Maintains established budgets and plans.
• Oversees Human Resources for all areas, including evaluations, discipline, training, and education.
• Assumes authority, accountability, and responsibility for directing employees.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Knowledge of Radiation and Medical Oncology [Preferred]

Education:
• Associate [Required]• Bachelor's [Preferred]• Master's [Preferred]

Field of Study:

Work Experience:
• 5+ years healthcare related management experience [Required]
