Job Description:

• Manages budgets and resources efficiently to meet financial and operational goals. Conducts regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address concerns and provide guidance.
• Assists in developing, implementing, and evaluating ongoing service programs to ensure quality nursing and patient care.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Peripheral Intravenous Access Validation [Required]
• PICC Validation [Required]
• Port Validation [Required]
• ACLS, PALS, NRP as defined by unit competencies [Preferred]
• Excellent organization and interpersonal communication skills [Required]

Education:

• Associate's of Nursing [Required]
• Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]

Field of Study:

• N/A

Work Experience:

• 1+ in acute hospital care setting [Preferred]
• 1+ in vascular access [Preferred]
