AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join our growing anesthesia team at AdventHealth Daytona Beach.

FULL-TIME COMPENSATION & INCENTIVES
• $100,000 Starting Bonus — paid with your first paycheck
• New compensation model with approximate total compensation of $236,250–$317,625+
• Relocation assistance available
• No Florida state income tax
The $100,000 Starting Bonus and $236,250–$317,625+ total compensation range apply to eligible full-time CRNA positions only.
PRN OPPORTUNITIES
• PRN Rate: $200/hour
• Flexible scheduling based on availability
• Opportunity to pick up additional shifts
• PRN positions are not eligible for the $100,000 Starting Bonus or full-time total compensation model
WORK-LIFE BALANCE
• 8 weeks of front-loaded PTO for eligible full-time CRNAs
• Minimal call responsibilities
• Flexible scheduling options
• 24-hour shifts available
