Job Description:

• Collaborates with the Executive team and Department leaders to assist with action plans for patient experience surveys.
• Leverages analytical, project management, and interpersonal skills to lead, direct, and facilitate the creation and deployment of improvement initiatives and change projects.
• Provides appropriate communication to facility stakeholders regarding patient service-focused initiatives.
• Provides administrative and data analysis support related to patient experience survey results.
• Assumes responsibility for developing proposals, implementation, and communication plans for assigned special projects.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Must demonstrate proficient organizational skills, good communication skills, and training skills.
• Required to possess extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Proficiency in CX and CRM software preferred.
• Comfortable making decisions that are in the best interest of the hospital and in line with current policies. Ability to use own judgment to resolve urgent or immediate problems with awareness that the consequences of decisions may be extensive.
• Must be able to organize own workload by organizing and prioritizing items. Strong project management experience with a results-oriented focus and attention to detail is essential.
• Close attention to detail required. Requires use of PC for data input and generating reports. Knowledge of clinical and nonclinical acute hospital operations, continuum of care services, and Patient Experience best practices.
• Bilingual preferred. Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma Performance Improvement methods is also preferred.
• Must exhibit excellent complex analytical, change management skills, and the ability to work in a matrix-management environment to achieve organizational goals.
