Job Description:
$60.00/hour – Contract RN – PCU Unit – Nights
Texas Health Huguley offers a flexible staffing alternative for RNs on a temporary basis for an assignment with a maximum duration of 13 weeks. Assignments may be extended per original assignment terms but cannot exceed 12 consecutive months total at any one location/facility.

Unit: PCU
Schedule: 36 Guaranteed hours (3 – 12 hour shifts a week commitment)
Shift: Nights (7:00pm – 7:00am)
Location: 11801 South Fwy., Burleson, TX 76028
13-week commitment with 1 week of facility orientation.
Position and Hourly Rate:

Nights: $60.00 + $4.50 = $64.50/hour

Weekends: $60.00 + $4.50 + $6.00 = $70.50/hour
Includes Shift differentials: Yes, the above is with diffs.

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to gather data on health status and needs.

Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and medical diagnoses.

Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols.

Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions, adjusting care plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

Provide education and counseling to patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies.
