Job Description:
- Schedules and confirm patients appointments, revising as needed.
- Maintains thorough and confidential patient charts and records, including importing and communicating scanned documents.
- Oversees patient service representatives in accordance with institutional policies and procedures.
- Assists with staff development by setting performance goals and objectives.
- Conducts performance reviews and establishes quality service standards.
