Job Description:

• Complies with healthcare, federal, state, and local rules and regulations.
• Develops and implements departmental equipment procedures for power outages. Installs, inspects, maintains, repairs, and performs preventive maintenance on all heating, air conditioning, and ventilation systems.
• Prepares the preventive maintenance schedule and produces reports.
• Coordinates and performs electrical equipment maintenance, installations, and modifications per all applicable codes and regulations.
• Assists in the operation and general maintenance of painting, plumbing, HVAC, locksmith, and alarm systems, overseeing essential repairs and other duties.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Ability to identify equipment needs, parts and supplies, and maintain adequate inventory. [Required]• Must be able to read, write and speak conversational English. [Required]• Must have the ability to document records neatly and accurately. [Required]• Ability to generate requisitions for materials and supplies. [Required]• Ability to assign priority and teams in a timely manner. [Required]

Education:
• High School/Equivalent grad OR 5+ years experience [Required]

Field of Study:
• N/A

Work Experience:
• 2+ years of healthcare maintenance experience [Preferred]• 5+ years of hvac/r experience [Required]• 3+ years commercial experience [Preferred]
