Job Description:

Provides quality classes by preparing lessons in advance and offering classes in accordance with organizational policies. Supervises each participant for safety during all phases of the class and professionally corrects participants as necessary. Greets members and staff with exemplary service and empathy. Reports all incidences or injuries using the proper forms and submits them to the Group Fitness Manager, following up as required. Ensures appropriate coverage of classes in the case of illness, injury, or vacation. Promotes and provides wellness services at events both on and off-site as needed. Acts professionally at all times with both members and staff. Other duties as assigned. Manages music and other class materials, ensuring they are cued and prepared in advance.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• The interpersonal skills necessary to interact with participants in a personable, enthusiastic manner. [Required]
• The creativity to choreograph strength and cardiovascular training techniques that are fun. [Required]
• A commitment to provide World Class customer service and work collaboratively on a World Class team. [Required]
• Customer service skills with the ability to handle complex customer service issues. [Required]
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and have good comprehension of conversational English. [Required]
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office. [Required]

• High School Grad or Equiv [Required]

• Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]

$17.66 – $28.25
