Job Description:
Responsible for managing team members assigned to complete Facilities & Clinical Engineering system design related activities, including system configuration, data conversion, functional specifications, program and system quality testing, and project support. This position oversees the integrity, effectiveness, and efficiency of services. Additionally, this role maintains advanced knowledge and confidentiality of team and leadership discussions. In addition, this position prioritizes and manages work while meeting deadlines with minimal supervision. Responsibilities for this role include acting as a resource and subject matter expert to other team members.
- Supervises a communication plan to ensure clear, consistent messaging across all channels.
- Establishes objectives, identifies stakeholders, and determines the best communication methods.
- Regularly updates all parties on project progress and addresses concerns promptly.
- Uses project management software to track communications and ensure everyone is informed.
- System design including preventive and corrective maintenance, schedules, and set-up to ensure system is defined to schedule equipment across our hospitals as requested by the Facility.
- Collaborates on testing activities by involving relevant team members early in the process.
- Defines testing objectives, creates detailed test plans, and establishes clear roles and responsibilities.
- Conducts regular meetings to review progress, address issues, and adjust plans as needed.
- Documents all testing results and shares them with stakeholders.
- Oversees reporting, analytics, and robotic process automation by setting clear goals and metrics.
- Uses data analytics tools to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Implements robotic process automation to streamline repetitive tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Regularly reviews reports and analytics to make informed decisions and optimize processes.
- Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Project Management and system testing to include end to end testing with thought to all stakeholders [Required]• Advanced system/application/data troubleshooting [Required]• Advanced analytical skills, critical thinking and root cause analysis processing skills [Required]• Data Query & basic Report Writing skills, as work stream applicable [Required]• Expert understanding of maintenance management (CMMS) and healthcare processes [Required]• Expert cross functional understanding of processes and interdependencies between project teams and field operations and processes [Required]• Operational experience within related field with Healthcare preferred [Preferred]• Knowledge of Phoenix Data System (AIMS3) Knowledge of Analytical Mechanics desired [Preferred]• Experience with Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE), specialty specific [Preferred]• System Testing/Data Modeling Applications [Preferred]
Education:
• Bachelor's [Required]• Master's [Preferred]
Field of Study:
• Bachelor degree required in Business Management, Information Technology, or Healthcare, OR 15-20 years combined healthcare, ERP Software, Supply Chain Application support, Supply Chain / Maintenance Management experience may be considered
• in Supply Chain or related field
Work Experience:
