Job Description:

Reports onsite at designated facilities, participates in on-call rotation, and provides 24x7x365 PACS support for Radiology and Cardiology departments. Maintains accessible transportation and supports primary and secondary facilities with a minimum of 25% travel. Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and resolves expert-level PACS incidents and requests using ServiceNow, adhering to SLAs and SOPs. Serves as a subject matter expert between clinical staff, Radiologists, Cardiologists, and vendors, providing prompt technical support. Ensures efficient operation of enterprise PACS systems and coordinates with IT, vendors, and clinical staff to resolve technical issues. Leads team projects and presentations, monitors ticket queues and SLAs, and trains team members and clinical users. Identifies workflow gaps and proposes efficiency improvements to Enterprise Imaging leadership. Assists leadership with strategic planning, process improvement, reporting, analytics, and project management activities. Leads imaging project activities including task assignment, stakeholder communication, and post-implementation support. Logs project time, provides imaging guidance, and ensures deliverables are met. Provides mentorship and guidance to Associate and Intermediate Administrators to support professional development. Acts as a point of escalation for complex technical and project-related issues. Performs other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Expert knowledge of the AGFA/Siemens/GE/Hologic/Nuance/3D Imaging solutions [Required]• Extensive leadership skills which include thorough documentation, managing people & projects, decision making, integrity, strategy, conflict resolution [Required]• Demonstrate subject matter expertise in a clinical informatics environment [Required]• Expert knowledge in supporting an entire PACS System and all related components [Required]• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work courteously and effectively with all levels of customers including team members, leadership, physicians, clinical staff and vendors [Required]• Strong analytical, organizational, technical, & project management skills [Required]• Ability to prioritize / multitask and complete several projects / initiatives within established deadlines in the order of greatest importance with little supervision [Required]• Expert knowledge of Healthcare IT software/hardware administration; to provide high quality service [Required]• EPIC Clinical Systems [Preferred]• Information Technology [Preferred]

Education:
• Associate [Preferred]• Bachelor’s [Preferred]

Field of Study:
• Healthcare, Business, IT, or related field

Work Experience:
• 5+ in healthcare or it and in managing and supporting an enterprise pacs system [Required]
