Job Description:
- Manages correspondence on behalf of senior executives with sensitivity, discretion, judgment, or negotiation.
- Identifies and responds to issues and risks, providing expedient follow-through to action or resolution.
- Manages the external professional brand of senior executives, securing and prepping for speaking engagements.
- Manages professional social forums to establish and maintain their professional presence.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Manages agendas by collecting, prioritizing, and completing follow-up activities related to agenda items.
- Coordinates and communicates with senior executives and other leaders to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
- Manages proactive calendaring of executive meetings to ensure strategic topics align with project timelines.
- Represents senior executives in select meetings, gathering and relaying pertinent information.
- Collects information from meetings to update executives as needed. Aligns with senior executives in the development, management, and execution of critical projects.
- Manages touchpoints with internal and external entities to facilitate smooth communication and operations.
- Prepares and tracks budgets, ensuring progress and milestone accountability.
- Reports to boards, committees, and internal and external audiences on behalf of senior executives.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in understandable terms to all levels of staff [Required]• Excellent in presentation design leveraging PowerPoint and other design programs as needed [Required]• Strong organization skills [Required]• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills [Required]• Effective computer skills, particularly Microsoft Suite [Required]• Ability to work in a matrix-management environment to achieve organizational goals [Required]• Knowledge of health care operations and systems [Required]• Ability to create and drive strategy and direction [Required]• Ability to build rapport and work with all levels of leadership [Required]• Knowledge of change management and/or organizational behavior theory/experience [Required]• Proficient in project or program management [Required]
Education:
• Master’s [Preferred]
Field of Study:
• in business administration, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, or related field of study
Work Experience:
• 2+ experience leading project teams [Preferred]• 5+ of experience in a health care setting [Preferred]• Experience in strategic planning and communication [Required]• Project Management Office (PMO) experience [Required]
