Job Description:
• Collaborates with unit leaders and human resources to perform behavior modification duties such as corrective action pathways.
• Maintains data and metrics of team members, reporting findings to the Regional Program Manager for evaluation.
• Supports program adjustments based on data and metrics to enhance achievement of individual, departmental, and organizational goals.
• Functions as an academic liaison to healthcare programs in the community and represents the organization at various events.
• Guides intentional hiring to align with applicant goals and coordinates job shadow and interviews.
• Assesses unit needs and collaborates with human resources to maintain an optimal pipeline into the workforce.
• Partners with leaders to ensure responsibilities and commitments are met according to organizational standards.
• Connects with team members regularly through established best practices, including rounding, scheduled check-ins, talent care, and onboarding tools.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Power Point, and Excel [Required]• Demonstrate leadership skills [Required]• Effective communicator, strong interpersonal skills [Required]• Demonstrates ability to coach, mentor, influence, and motivate [Required]• Self-directed, creative, shows initiative to support new programs [Required]• Knowledge of organizational structure, policies, regulations, and philosophy [Required]
Education:
• Bachelor's [Required]• Master's [Preferred]
Field of Study:
• in nursing, business, or related field
Work Experience:
• 3+ experience in leadership [Preferred]• 3+ in nursing, business, or related field [Required]
Licenses and Certifications:
• Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
