Job Description:

*Schedule: 3 pm to 11:30 pm

• Installs, tests, maintains, and repairs mechanical machinery, equipment, and systems.
• Performs utility and structural repairs as needed, independently or in collaboration with internal/external trades.
• Inspects and tests equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety.
• Documents and maintains records of inspections and work performed pursuant to departmental policies and warranty/vendor requirements.
• Requisitions materials and supplies, maintaining inventory to ensure availability for maintenance tasks.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to respond to emergency calls in a timely manner

• Ability to interpret blueprints and work from sketches or verbal instructions

• Able to communicate in English

• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office

• General maintenance skills and willingness to learn new processes or skills

•High School/Equivalent grad OR 5+ years experience [Required]
