Job Description:
Other duties as assigned. Maintain strict sanitation and food safety standards by following HACCP protocols, recording food and equipment temperatures, and keeping workstations clean and organized. Operate industrial baking equipment safely and efficiently, and access computer systems to manage recipes, production logs, and inventory records. Knead, shape, and proof dough before baking, ensuring consistency and freshness in all finished products. Monitor inventory levels, order supplies proactively, and track ingredient usage to support uninterrupted production and minimize waste. Prepare and decorate high-volume baked goods by following precise recipes, accurately weighing and measuring ingredients, and applying creative techniques to ensure quality and visual appeal.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Licenses and Certifications:
• Food Handler Certificate (FHC) [Preferred]
