Location: Openings at Daytona Beach and New Smyrna Beach
Schedule: Full-Time | 7 on / 7 off | Night Shift
Shift Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Annual Shifts: 182 shifts per year
Position Overview:
AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking dedicated and team-oriented Nocturnists to join our growing inpatient teams across multiple campuses in the East Florida Division. This is a full-time employed position with a 7 on / 7 off schedule.
Our hospitalist teams are well-supported, highly collegial, and committed to delivering whole-person care that reflects AdventHealth’s mission of “Extending the Healing Ministry of Christ.”
Practice Highlights:
- Block schedule: 7 days on / 7 days of
- 12-hour shifts: 7 PM – 7 AM
- Epic EMR across all campuses
- Opportunity to work at our Daytona Beach or New Smyrna Beach campus
- Strong specialist support and collaborative team environment
- No procedures required; optional if desired
- Night positions include support from APPs (site dependent)

Job Qualifications:
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Current Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Active DEA license
- Team-first mindset and strong communication skills
- Commitment to high-quality, compassionate patient care
