Job Description:

Sets up and adjust all cardiac imaging equipment and manually maneuver transducers to perform exams. Implements safety standards and perform appropriate quality control procedures. Performs routine and complex studies and assists physicians in various imaging procedures. Recognizes significant structures, artifacts, pathology, and equipment limitations. Troubleshoots and resolves equipment issues to maintain operational efficiency. Participates in continuing education and training to stay current with advancements in the field. Maintains a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized. Other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• 1+ experience in a hospital environment [Preferred]

• Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS) [Required] AND

• American Registry for Diagnostic Sonography-Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RCDS) [Required] OR

• American Registry for Diagnostic Sonography-Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) [Required] OR

• Cardiovascular Credentialing International-Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) [Required] OR

• Cardiovascular Credentialing International-Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) [Required]

Pay Range:

$27.67 – $51.47
