Job Description:

Manages budgets and resources efficiently to meet financial and operational goals. Conducts regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address concerns and provide guidance. Assists in developing, implementing, and evaluating ongoing service programs to ensure quality nursing and patient care. Fosters a culture of psychological safety, where the team members feel supported, valued, empowered to speak up, share concerns, and contribute meaningfully. Promotes evidence-based practice, ensuring quality outcomes, and fostering a culture of safety, compassion, and continuous learning. Provides ongoing education and training to nursing staff to maintain high competency levels. Prepares the unit for audits and surveys, by monitoring and maintaining unit compliance with regulatory standards, accrediting, hospital policies while coordinating staff education to maintain competencies and preparedness.

• Peripheral Intravenous Access Validation [Required]
• PICC Validation [Required]
• Port Validation [Required]
• Excellent organization and interpersonal communication skills [Required]
• Basic computer skills [Required]

• Problem solving and critical thinking skills [Required]
• Organizational Skills, ability to prioritize [Required]
• Skilled in the identification and prevention of potential areas of risk [Required]
• Knowledge and ability to work with personal computers, software, and special applications [Required]

Education:
• Associate's of Nursing [Required]
• Bachelor's of Nursing [Preferred]
Work Experience:
• 1+ in acute hospital care setting [Preferred]
• 1+ in vascular access [Preferred]
Licenses and Certifications:
• Registered Nurse (RN) [Required]
• BLS & ACLS [Required]
Pay Range:
$32.76 – $57.47
