Job Description:

• Communicates with consumers to provide solutions to technical problems.

• Supports audio-video technology at a basic level.

• References centralized AIT Field Operations knowledge bases.

• Performs basic level repairs for company devices.

• Works with designated information technology vendors for support.

• Meets the standard service level agreement (SLA) for incidents and requests.

• Leads projects and special initiatives within allotted timeframes.

• Follows and maintains AIT standard operating procedures for field operations.

• Performs preventive maintenance on authorized company devices.

• Works with enterprise AIT technical and business support teams as required.

• Installs consumer-based hardware and software on devices and operating systems.

• Provides detailed descriptions within internal service ticket system.

• Follows AIT standards for devices and software.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Basic working knowledge of various Internet Browsers. [Required]• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite. [Required]• Familiarity with current Microsoft and Mac operating systems. [Required]• Basic familiarity with device imaging processes. [Required]• Basic knowledge of mobile devices hardware. [Required]• Familiarity with projects and time tracking. [Required]• Demonstrates effective technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with some supervision. [Required]• Basic knowledge of workstation management software. [Required]• Familiarity with common peripherals and accessories. [Required]• Basic working knowledge of best IT security practices. [Required]• Basic understanding of IT network hardware, software, and general concepts. [Required]• Experience working in a Healthcare environment. [Preferred]• Experience working in a consumer centric environment. [Preferred]

Education:
• High School Grad or Equiv [Required]• Associate [Preferred]

Field of Study:
• in computer technology

Work Experience:
• 1+ experience in the desktop environment. [Required]

Must have ONE of the following valid IT related certifications:

•           CompTIA A+

•           CompTIA Network+

•           CompTIA Security+

•           Cisco CCNA

•           ISC2 CC

•           Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate

•           Microsoft Certified: Fundamentals series (Azure Cloud, AI, Data, Security etc.)
