AdventHealth Medical Group East Florida is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with fellowship training in Hand Surgery to join our growing Orthopedic Hand Surgery program at AdventHealth Palm Coast.
This is a high-growth opportunity to build and expand a Hand and Wrist Surgery practice in a rapidly growing coastal market, supported by an established referral network, dedicated APP support, and a collaborative team of subspecialized orthopedic surgeons. The position includes participation in general orthopedic call coverage.

- Build and grow a high-volume Orthopedic Hand and Wrist Surgery practice
- Established primary care and specialty referral network
- Join a multidisciplinary team of subspecialized orthopedic surgeons across the East Florida region
- Dedicated APP support for clinic, hospital, and surgical workflows
- Participate in general orthopedic call coverage
- Access to comprehensive rehabilitation, physical therapy, and wellness services
- Advanced imaging, including on-site X-ray and ultrasound
- EPIC EMR utilized across the network
- Patient-centered, outcomes-focused care model

Candidate Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery through ABMS or AOA
- Fellowship training in Hand Surgery required
- Eligible for an active Florida medical license
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Interest in building and growing a high-volume Hand and Wrist Surgery practice
