Location: 601 East Rollins Street Orlando, FL 32803 

The community you’ll be caring for:

  • Serves as the major tertiary facility for much of the Southeast, the Caribbean and South America

  • Located on a lush tropical campus, our flagship hospital, 1,368-bed AdventHealth Orlando

  • AdventHealth Orlando houses one of the largest Emergency Departments and largest cardiac catheterization labs in the country

  • We are already one of the busiest hospitals in the nation, providing service excellence to more than 32,000 inpatients and 125,000 outpatients each year.

The role you’ll contribute:

Analyzes financial statements to assess the financial health of the organization. Manages resources efficiently to optimize operational performance. Educates team members on the financial impacts of patient care to enhance their understanding and decision-making. Interprets benchmarking, financial, and occupancy data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Communicates strategic plans clearly to align all stakeholders with organizational goals. Achieves objectives by setting measurable targets and monitoring progress. Leads improvements by identifying opportunities and implementing changes. Develops business plans to guide the organization towards its strategic goals. Escalates needs to leadership to address critical issues and resource requirements. Analyzes care delivery to improve efficiency and patient outcomes. Acts as a change agent by promoting and facilitating organizational change. Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Strong organization skills [Required]• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills [Required]• Effective oral and written communication skills, with the ability to lead teams through process changes and sustainment. Education:
• Bachelor's of Nursing [Required]• Master's of Nursing [Required]

Field of Study:
• in Nursing (BSN) or relevant field
• in Nursing (MSN)

Work Experience:
• 4+ experience in leadership roles in a comparable health care entity [Required]• 6+ experience in nursing [Required]• Experience in the clinical setting related to area(s) of specialty [Required]
