The Opportunity
Looking for flexibility without sacrificing a great practice environment? This PRN CAA role allows you to pick up shifts on your terms while working alongside a collaborative, experienced anesthesia team in a high-efficiency ASC setting.
What You’ll Do
Provide anesthesia care across a focused outpatient case mix in a streamlined environment designed for quality, efficiency, and strong team support.
Case Mix
- General
- Orthopedics
- Plastics
- ENT
- EP/Cath Lab
Compensation & Incentives
- Base PRN Rate: $175/hour
- Enhanced PRN Rate Opportunity: Earn $200/hour
PRN providers who are:
- Scheduled in advance
- Work a minimum of five (5) shifts per calendar month
- Each shift is at least 8 hours
…will qualify for an increased hourly rate of $200/hour.
Important details:
- The enhanced rate is applied retroactively once all five qualifying shifts are completed within the month
- Eligibility requires advance scheduling and completion of all shifts
- This incentive program is reviewed annually to ensure continued market competitiveness
