Job Description:

Develops and implements annual and quarterly partnership marketing plans to build brand awareness and increase market share. Collaborates with marketing directors, graphic designers, photographers, videographers, media relations, digital media team, and volunteers to execute marketing strategies. Executing sports and community marketing campaigns to meet established branding, preference, and volume goals. Activates integrated sports/community marketing strategies to support the division marketing team’s objectives. Reviews partnership assets to ensure execution to meet goals. Tracks and reports return on investment metrics for sports/community initiatives. Proactively recommends innovative solutions to develop partnerships that drive business growth and brand equity. Coordinates sporting/entertainment ticketing and hospitality opportunities for assigned market. Coordinates market research projects related to sports/community partners and monitors fandom. Represents the department on cross-functional teams and task forces within the division or system. Occasionally works, volunteers, or represents the company at events held during evenings or weekends that support key partner initiatives. Other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Must have experience and hands-on working knowledge of marketing and branding with a focus on understanding of how branding is impacted through sports marketing and community partnerships. [Required]• Strong interpersonal skills; demonstrated team player, persuasive presenter and influencer who can work well with others – from management to staff and volunteers – using tact and diplomacy; consistently delivers high level of customer service to internal customers and external strategic partners. [Required]• Excellent written (internal and external) communications with ability to create, compose, and edit written material in a concise and clear manner. [Required]• Must possess excellent project management, budget management, organizational, time management and prioritization skills. [Required]• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment, excel under tight deadlines and have solid computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe Reader or Professional. Working knowledge of InDesign, Publisher or any graphics program is a plus but not required [Required]• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, analytic, and ability to plan and implement projects on time and on budget. [Required]• Must work proactively and independently showing initiative and problem-solving skills, consulting with administration and seeking advice when appropriate for situations outside authority and expertise [Required]• Must always conduct themselves in a professional manner; must be hard working and ethical. [Required]• Ability to attend evening/weekend events as needed [Required]• Ability to implement initiatives in a strategic manner with minimal supervision [Required]• Dependable transportation is a must as is the ability to travel within the AdventHealth’s West Florida Division footprint. [Required]

Education:
• Bachelor’s [Required]• Master’s [Preferred]

Field of Study:
• in Sports Marketing, Business, Mass Communications, Public Relations, Advertising or related field.
• in Sports Business Management or Business Administration

Work Experience:
• 2+ of experience and proven track record in marketing and/or sports marketing and community partnerships. [Required]• Experience working with professional or amateur sports teams in the area of strategic and community partnerships is highly [Preferred]
