Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) – Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU)
Schedule: 7-on / 7-off | Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
AdventHealth Daytona Beach is seeking a motivated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our growing Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) team. This is an excellent opportunity for an NP or PA who wants to practice in a high-acuity, collaborative environment caring for complex post-operative cardiac and thoracic patients.

Responsibilities:
- Manage post-operative cardiac and thoracic patients in the CVICU
- Perform patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostics, and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with cardiothoracic surgeons, intensivists, and the care team
Perform procedures as credentialed and appropriate, which may include:
- Central line placement
- Arterial line placement
- Intubation
- Dialysis line placement
- Other bedside critical care interventions (as credentialed)

Candidate Qualifications:
- Master’s degree as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
- Current Florida licensure, or ability to obtain
- National board certification
- ACNP preferred for NPs
- CVICU, critical care, cardiothoracic surgery, or ICU experience preferred
- Strong acute care / ICU background considered
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
