AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our growing inpatient cardiology team serving AdventHealth Palm Coast and AdventHealth Palm Coast Parkway. Opportunity Highlights
- Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Inpatient-only cardiology practice
- Collaborative physician and APP team environment
- Participate in shared call responsibilities
- Travel between AdventHealth Palm Coast and AdventHealth Palm Coast Parkway
- Paid mileage reimbursement for travel between facilities
- Strong administrative and clinical support
- Employed position with AdventHealth Medical Group

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive inpatient cardiovascular evaluations and assessments
- Manage patients with a wide range of acute and chronic cardiac conditions
- Round daily with cardiologists and collaborate on treatment plans
- Perform admissions, consultations, follow-up visits, and discharge management
- Coordinate care with nursing staff, hospitalists, specialists, case management, and ancillary services
- Review and interpret diagnostic testing including ECGs, laboratory results, imaging studies, and cardiac procedures within scope of practice
- Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle modifications
- Ensure timely documentation and support quality and patient satisfaction initiatives

- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Current Florida licensure or eligibility for Florida licensure
- National certification as an NP or PA
- Cardiology, hospital medicine, critical care, or inpatient experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
