AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a full-time, hospital-employed Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our anesthesia team serving AdventHealth Palm Coast, AdventHealth Palm Coast Parkway, and the Palm Coast ASC.
This is an excellent opportunity for a CRNA seeking highly competitive compensation, a collaborative anesthesia care team model, a broad surgical case mix, minimal call, and a supportive clinical environment focused on teamwork, mutual respect, and work-life balance.
Compensation and Starting Bonus
- $100,000 starting bonus for eligible full-time hires, paid in the first paycheck
- Two-year commitment required
- Total compensation of approximately $236,250–$317,625, with additional earning potential and a compensation model that exceeds prevailing market levels
