AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a dynamic, experienced OB/GYN physician to launch and grow our newest women’s health practice in the rapidly expanding Aurora Highlands community.
This is a unique opportunity for a physician with an entrepreneurial mindset who is excited about creating something from the ground up while enjoying the support, stability, and resources of one of Colorado’s largest and most respected women’s health programs.
As the founding physician of this new clinic, you will play a key role in establishing the culture, patient experience, growth strategy, and future provider team. As patient demand grows, additional physicians and APPs will be added, giving you the opportunity to help select future partners and shape the long-term vision of the practice.

Practice Highlights
- Full-scope OB/GYN practice
- Beautiful new clinic with modern equipment and technology
- Strong referral network within AdventHealth Medical Group
- Deliveries performed at AdventHealth Parker Hospital during the clinic's growth phase with low call burden ( 1:10)
- Collaborative network of experienced OB/GYN physicians, APPs, maternal-fetal medicine specialists, and women's health support services.
Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a physician who:
- Is board certified or board eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Has a passion for practice building and community engagement
- Thrives in an environment that offers autonomy, innovation, and growth
- Enjoys developing patient relationships and building a panel from the ground up
- Is collaborative, flexible, and team-oriented
