Job Description:

• Performs routine tasks such as phone setup, voicemail configuration, password resets, and basic user support.

• Responds to low-complexity service tickets and escalate issues as appropriate.

• Provides on-site and remote support for common voice and telephone issues.

• Performs basic troubleshooting of voice related equipment.

• Supports routine maintenance activities following established procedures.

• Assists in maintaining inventory of telecommunications equipment and supplies.

• Documents work performed, service requests, and updates according to standards.

• Coordinates with team members on basic voice and data cabling activities as needed.

• Learns and adheres to organizational policies, security standards, and compliance requirements.

• Works collaboratively with team members to support system reliability and customer satisfaction.

• Participates in training and skill development related to voice technologies.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Basic verbal and written communication skills. [Preferred]

• Ability to follow technical instructions and procedures. [Preferred]

• Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. [Preferred]

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team. [Preferred]

• Familiarity with telephones, computers and office equipment. [Preferred]

• Foundational knowledge of voice, PBX, and VoIP concepts.  [Preferred]

Education:

• High School Grad or Equiv [Required]

Licenses and Certifications:

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) [Preferred]

Pay Range:

$41,516.80 – $77,188.80
