Job Description:

• Oversees staff performance and manages staffing, hiring, orientation, and disciplinary processes.
• Fosters a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.
• Manages budgets and resources while maintaining appropriate staffing levels.
• Demonstrates an understanding of healthcare finance and its impact on operations.
• Leads and supports performance and quality improvement initiatives.
• Implements evidence-based practice changes and ensures compliance with professional standards and hospital policies.

• Demonstrates computer proficiency; Cerner medical record experience preferred.
• Maintains clinical competencies and provides bedside assistance as needed.
• Collaborates with leadership and staff to establish and refine goals aligned with the organization’s mission and objectives.
• Considers the needs of all populations served when developing goals and initiatives.
• Empowers and supports staff participation in educational opportunities, career growth, and professional development.

  Education:
  • Bachelor's of Nursing [Required]• Master's of Nursing [Preferred]

  Field of Study:
  • in Cardiovascular Technology, Emergency Medical Services, Nursing, Radiologic Technology or Respiratory Therapy

  Work Experience:
  • 1+ critical care, emergency experience [Required]• 1+ years related experience [Required]• 2+ leadership experience [Preferred]• 2+ years related experience [Preferred]

Pay Range:

$75,067.20 – $139,609.60
