Job Description:
- Serves as primary communication liaison between clients, family members, managed care representatives, and behavioral healthcare personnel.
- Assures the continuity of patient care upon completion of the assessment by assisting in the implementation of the referral recommendation.
- Provides therapeutic and educational services to patients, family, staff, and community.
- Appropriately assesses suicide, violence, and elopement potential.
- Facilitates appropriate milieu management within the emergency departments and medical units.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Master’s (Required)Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS) – RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) – EV Accredited Issuing Body, Clinical Social Worker License (LCSW) – EV Accredited Issuing Body, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – EV Accredited Issuing Body, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) – EV Accredited Issuing Body, Licensed Psychologist (PSYCH) – EV Accredited Issuing Body

$29.82 – $55.47
