Job Description:

  • Collaborates with senior leaders on the development of proposals that meet the CEO’s expectations and standards.
  • Oversees the preparation of written briefs on decisions for the CEO and Cabinet, analyzing pros and cons of options and business impact.
  • Serves as a conduit of information and communication from the CEO office to senior leaders and departments, developing communication strategies for major initiatives.
  • Collaborates with senior leaders to align and integrate systems and structures to drive performance and enhance organizational culture.
  • Supports the CEO in completing critical projects including budgets, talent reviews, presentations to governance boards, and corporate assignments.
  • Executes the annual planning process with the CEO, other other executive leaders.
  • Leads project teams to develop strategies and business plans for new or emerging initiatives under the leadership of the CEO or an executive sponsor.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Tracks commitments and project tasks from executive leadership meetings and provides progress reports to the CEO and key leaders.
  • Contributes research and data analytics for senior leadership team reviews and leads projects under the direction of the Director, Strategic Programs or Cabinet executive team members.
  • Plans and develops agendas for key CEO meetings by collaborating with leadership and the CEO to prioritize agenda items.
  • Develops and implements operational plans to support the CEO and senior leadership team.
  • Facilitates strategic plan development, implementation, and deployment of projects across the division.
