AdventHealth Sebring is seeking board certified, highly motivated, and experienced Cardiothoracic Surgeons for our rapidly growing program in Sebring FL.
We’re part of AdventHealth, a nationally recognized, not-for-profit health system with 50+ hospitals across 9 states.

This opportunity will provide a salary guarantee with productivity incentives. Other benefits include occurrence-based malpractice coverage, 26 paid leave days, 5 CME days, 403b retirement plan, health insurance for physician and family on day one, and relocation allowance. This practice is part of AdventHealth Medical Group. AHMG, a sister organization of AdventHealth, which employs over 700 physicians in 60+ specialties across Tampa Bay, Ocala, Sebring and Port Charlotte areas. This aligned model and practice management experience provides the opportunity for the physicians to focus on the clinical aspects of medicine.
