Job Description:
Processes all exams designated by the 3D Imaging Laboratory using 3D Laboratory protocols. Utilizes post-processing software proficiently to ensure high productivity and quality standards. Reviews studies for quality, communicate issues with performing technologists, and consult with Radiologists. Educates and support scanning technologists on technical and quality issues. Acts as a resource for CT and MR staff regarding processes, protocols, and equipment issues. Performs technologist QA for designated modality when required. Assists in training new 3D Laboratory technologists as assigned. Maintains a properly organized and clean room, requesting work orders as needed. Consistently attends department meetings and other mandatory meetings. Follows through after completing appropriate exams with communication to appropriate departments. Ensures compliance with post-processing protocols and quality standards. Other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Education:
• Associate [Preferred]
• High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
Field of Study:
• in Radiological Science
Work Experience:
• 3+ ct and/or mr experience [Required]
• PACS experience specific to AGFA [Preferred]
Additional Information:

Licenses and Certifications:
• Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS) [Required] AND
• Registered Technologist -Radiology RT(R)(ARRT)[Required}] OR
• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) [Required] OR
• Registered Technologist – Magnetic Resonance Imaging (R.T.(MR)ARRT)) [Required] OR
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists – Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT) [Required]
