Recruiter Specialist Contract Assignment – Days

Job Description:

• Partners with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs by reviewing attrition rates, new business plans, and potential retirements.
• Develops strategies to acquire talent, ensuring vacancies are filled, new programs are staffed, and retirement replacements are planned.
• Uses external scanning tools to understand the labor market and educate hiring managers on market conditions.
• Conducts intake processes with hiring managers, develops recruitment plans, and sets service level agreements (SLAs).
• Sources and recruits candidates, mastering pre-closing techniques during candidate intake.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Proficient with Applicant tracking systems [Required]
• Excels with Microsoft Office Suite [Required]
• Excels in social networking and internet vehicles and tools such as emails, search engines, social media, blogs job boards [Required]

Education:

• Associate [Required]
• Bachelor’s [Preferred]

Field of Study:

Work Experience:

• 2+ recruiting/sourcing experience [Required]
• Healthcare experience [Preferred]
• RPO experience[Preferred]

Additional Information:

• An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the stated degree requirement:- Associates degree and 2+ years of experience OR
– High School Grad or Equivalent and 4+ years of experience.

• HR Certification through HCI or SHRM [Preferred]
• Certification in Talent Acquisition through HCI, NAHCR, RACR [Preferred]

Licenses and Certifications:

•Professional in Human Resources (PHR) [Preferred]
•Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter (RACR) [Preferred]
