AdventHealth Medical Group Breast Surgery at Apopka and Winter Garden is seeking a dynamic and experienced board-certified general surgeon with fellowship training in breast surgery to join an extremely busy practice in the Orlando area. This is an employed opportunity through AdventHealth Medical Group.
Ideal candidate should demonstrate:
- Extensive breast surgery experience
- Fellowship training in breast surgery is required along with experience in a multi-disciplinary clinic setting
- Strong work ethic and desire to work in a high-volume practice
- Desire to work in a collegial environment
- Importance of patient satisfaction
Opportunity offers:
- Block time in the O/R
- Multidisciplinary Breast Cancer Clinic
- Medical office space located on the hospital campus
- Marketing support to establish new patient base
- Business operations support allowing the physician to focus time on patient care

A strong emphasis will be placed on evidence based medicine with a concentration on patient centered care. Ideal candidate would have five years’ experience, strong communication skills, and fit within the mission and vision of AdventHealth.
Board Certification in General Surgery (ABMS or AOA) is required.

AdventHealth Apopka is an acute-care 120 bed community hospital located in Orange County, just a short drive from Orlando, Florida. Founded in 1975, we provide a wide array of inpatient and outpatient services, ranging from critical care to specialized emergency medicine.
