Job Description:
Performs in-depth research and conducts root cause analysis for IT issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams for resolution. Validates accurate results routing setup to ensure accurate report delivery and avoid service interruptions. Provides go-live support and post-go-live optimization, ready to work evenings, nights, and weekends. Engages with pilot programs and projects in collaboration with AIT and facilities. Inputs clear, detailed, and concise documentation in the computerized tracking system. Processes security access requests for physician office staff and third-party vendors, instructing customers on computer security compliance guidelines. Plans and conducts initial training and re-trainings for customers on web-based applications and EMR personalization. Develops, implements, maintains, and optimizes health information technology training materials for provider office staff. Performs other duties as assigned. Provides technical expertise to assess, evaluate, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical incidents and requests. Conducts proactive weekly, monthly, and quarterly office visits in assigned geographical regions. Assists providers and extenders with EMR personalization, including sharing physician lists. Utilizes remote control tools to analyze and solve issues.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Knowledge of computer hardware and software [Required]• Advanced knowledge of Provider and office staff workflow (CPOE and documentation) with conceptual and practical understanding of various training techniques for users with various learning styles [Required]• Industry experience with electronic medical records [Required]• Competent conflict management skills [Required]• Communication skills both written and oral, are professional and follow defined escalation process [Required]• Is accountable for realization of goals and defined metrics [Required]• Methodically analyzes technical problems by defining the challenges, identifies alternatives, and making timely decisions [Required]• Understands own strengths and development needs, learns from experience, and owns personal and professional development [Required]• Creates an environment that is positive, service oriented and that values individual perspectives while driving towards common goals; assists teammates, leadership and Providers to achieve outcomes [Required]• Basic competency in Microsoft Office Applications [Required]
