Job Description:
-
Collaborates with contract leadership to define and execute policies and procedures.
-
Other duties as assigned.
-
Conducts initial assessments of athlete's injuries or illnesses, cares for athletic injuries using various techniques and equipment, and evaluates athletes' readiness to play.
-
Identifies and provides patient and caregiver education opportunities.
-
Adapts to extended working hours and multiple team schedules meeting the needs for athletic training coverage at various team events.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Windows
• Must be able to read, write, and speak conversational English
Education:
• Bachelor's [Required]
Field of Study:
• in Athletic training or related field of study
Work Experience:
• 1+ athletic training [Preferred]• 1+ years in health care or related field [Preferred]
Additional Information:

Licenses and Certifications:
• Athletic Trainer Certified (ATC) [Required]•Basic Life Support – CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
