Job Description:

Anticipates risks and uses formal methodologies to forecast trends and define strategic choices. Explains complex situations, asks probing questions, and seeks authoritative advice before approving plans. Seeks senior leadership approval for high-risk issues and solutions. Defines strategic responsibilities, reallocates resources, and influences cross-organizational decisions. Demonstrates advanced knowledge of Epic, third-party solutions, and Microsoft products. Establishes strategic goals and priorities, using advanced analyses to assess problems and solutions. Plans for significant outcomes and contingency plans, identifying high-risk areas. Secures organizational resources and leads long-term responses with authoritative input. Develops service level and project expectations, reviews progress, and identifies vulnerabilities. Other duties as assigned. Engages with internal and external leaders, creating strategic documents and presentations. Leads discussions to support strategic planning and decision-making, seeking consensus and resolving conflicts.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Epic Certification or ability to complete certification within 3 months of completing classes [Required]
• Advanced of Microsoft suite of products [Required]
• Extensive experience communicating complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience [Required]
• Demonstrated creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills [Required]
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills [Required]
• Knowledge of clinical/technical workflow [Required]
• Work with minimal guidance [Required]
• Rapid learner [Required]

Education:

• Bachelor’s [Required]

Field of Study:

• in a field of study such as business, IS, or a healthcare related

• Yearly participation in ongoing education either formal or through conferences, active professional organization participation, or journal presentations.

Work Experience:

• 7+ clinical or technical background [Preferred]
• EMR application/implementation experience [Preferred]

• EPIC Credential (EPIC CRED) [Preferred]
• Occupational Therapist (OT) [Required] OR

• Physical Therapist (PT) [Required] OR

• Registered Nurse (RN) [Required] OR

• Licensed Pharmacist (RPH) [Required] OR

• Registered Radiology Technologist (R.T.) (R)(ARRT) [Required]

$96,266.14 – $179,045.63
