Job Description:
Responsible for leading key elements of the organizational readiness strategy and developing change, communications, and engagement strategies to support organizational objectives. This position manages a team and ensures collaboration with technical and functional project teams, shared services operation teams, finance, supply chain, and other corporate departments for successful project realization. Additionally, this role focuses on the people side of technical deployments and strategic transformations, creating conditions for smooth transitions with minimal resistance and maximizing enthusiasm for change. In addition, this position plans readiness activities, assesses change impacts, communicates changes, and consults with facility stakeholders to execute readiness plans. Contributes to the overall effectiveness of large-scale implementation projects with tight deadlines and competing priorities.
- Develops and implements change management strategies to support organizational objectives.
- Creates and executes change communication plans to ensure clear and consistent messaging.
- Collaborates with technical and functional project teams to ensure alignment and integration of readiness activities.
- Designs and oversees organizational design initiatives to align with project goals. Manages workforce transition activities to facilitate smooth transitions and minimize resistance.
- Consults with facility stakeholders to execute readiness plans and ensure successful implementation.
- Engages and aligns leaders and stakeholders to support change initiatives. Identifies and mitigates stakeholder and change impacts through assessments and analysis.
- Provides support and guidance for workforce transition, including role clarification and mapping.
- Plans and coordinates readiness activities, including training and support for user/stakeholder groups.
- Monitors and reports on the progress of readiness activities, addressing any issues or risks.
- Continuously evaluates and improves readiness strategies and activities to enhance effectiveness.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint [Required]• Possesses strong understanding of how people go through change and the change process [Required]• Ability to facilitate meetings and discussions with business representatives and key leaders [Required]• Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision [Required]• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships [Required]• Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences and work effectively at all levels in an organization [Required]• Possesses strong skills in the area of communication, organization, prioritization, and managing multiple priorities within tight deadlines [Required]• Proficiency in leading others through influence and relationship building [Required]• Experience in technology adoption for large transformations [Preferred]

Licenses and Certifications:
