Job Description:

Schedule: Full Time, Mon-Friday *occasional evenings and weekends.

Shift: Day Shift 

Location: Field Based Position -Covering St Cloud/Lake Nona

• Cultivate connections with individuals and organizations that influence referrals to hospice care.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Consultative Sales: Develops a clear understanding of the referral source’s needs and provides tailored solutions, utilizing appropriate marketing collateral or educational materials.
• Data Management: Accurately document daily sales calls, referral source contact information, territory updates, and communications in electronic database systems; submit required reports to management.
• Budget- Submit expense reports timely and in accordance with company policies.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Demonstrates ability to communicate by reading, writing and typing legibly, speaking and comprehending English effectively in order to carry out job requirements.
• Knowledge (intermediate to advanced) of the sales process.
• Knowledge of intermediate to advanced application of Microsoft Office Suite including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook as well as internet software.
• Knowledge of patient database system.
• Knowledge of telephone protocol.

Education:
• Bachelor's [Preferred]

Field of Study:
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, healthcare, or related field Preferred

Work Experience:
• 2+ years marketing experience [Required]• Healthcare and/or hospice experience [Preferred]

Pay Range:

$60,151.66 – $111,886.39
