Job Description:

Schedule: PRN As needed shifts for coverage: 7:00pm – 7:30am, w/rotating weekends and holidays

Remains at the bedside of the assigned patient at all times unless relieved by an appropriate staff member. Assists in calming and reorienting patients in cases of agitation or confusion. Removes visible hazards and broken equipment from the immediate environment and reports as appropriate. Records all observations accurately and promptly. Provides basic patient care under the supervision of healthcare professionals. Supports patient mobility, including transferring and positioning. Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Ensures a clean and safe environment for patients and staff. Monitors and reports changes in patient conditions to the healthcare team. Assists with personal care activities such as bathing, grooming, and feeding. Follows established protocols and guidelines for patient care. Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
