Job Description:
Verifies with vendors, facilities supervisor, facilities manager, and facilities director that all service requests and PMs are completed to satisfaction before payment and filing of documentation. Maintains and updates all departmental forms for the Facilities Director’s departments. Reviews monthly corrective and preventative maintenance work orders from asset management. Serves as the department point of contact for all the Facilities Director’s departments when they are not able to contact a technician. Pulls information and enters data pertaining to areas of responsibility on reports for all the Facilities Director’s departments in spreadsheet and/or presentation format (Excel / PowerPoint). Maintains the keys and “vendor/visitor” badge management system for all the Facilities Director’s departments new hires and vendors. Acts as the “timekeeper” for all departments under the Facilities Director. Performs other duties as assigned or directed to ensure the smooth operation of the department. Other duties as assigned. Processes all departmental and capital invoices for the Facilities Director’s departments. Interacts with vendors and resolves problem invoice issues. Coordinates purchases of all office supplies and equipment for the Facilities Director’s departments. Assists with any new location’s setup needs.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• High School Grad or Equiv [Required]
Field of Study:
• Post secondary school education
Work Experience:
• Previous experience in a medical facility and understanding of facilities medical terminology. [Required]• Previous experience in areas of responsibility [Required]
