Urology Hospitalist Opportunity – AdventHealth Kissimmee

AdventHealth Medical Group is seeking a Urology Hospitalist to provide dedicated inpatient urological care at AdventHealth Kissimmee. This role offers a unique opportunity to focus on hospital-based care with a consistent shift schedule

Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide inpatient call coverage at AdventHealth Kissimmee 
• Manage inpatient urology consults from hospital floors and emergency department
• Perform bedside procedures, including cystoscopies, as well as other necessary urological procedures 
• Conduct daily rounding on urology patients 
• Collaborate with clinic-based urologists to ensure seamless patient care and follow-up 
• 15 shifts per month

Qualifications: 

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Urology 
• Strong clinical skills in inpatient care and urological procedures 
• Active FL license and DEA, or ability to obtain 
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clinic-based colleagues 
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus 
• Proficiency in robotic surgery is a plus
