Job Description:
-
Oversees drug review quality and timely formulary addition requests on the P & T committee.
-
Sets meeting agendas and ensures relevant topics are covered.
-
Participates in additional committees and meets obligations and timelines.
-
Updates the "customer" on project statuses and timelines.
-
Assists the Director with action plans for various surveys and questionnaires.
-
Supports pharmacy residents by aiding the Residency Program Director and fostering an inclusive environment.
-
Provides input on pharmacist evaluations as requested.
-
Chairs the Medication Safety Committee, ensuring best practices and setting agendas.
-
Maintains patient and business confidentiality.
-
Upholds a positive image of the Medical Center and demonstrates ethical behavior.
-
Prioritizes patient safety in all actions and decisions.
-
Ensures medication use process integrity through periodic assessments.
-
Other duties as assigned.
Education:

Doctorate pharmd Required

2+ position-related experience Required

Licenses and Certifications:
