Job Description:

Identifies process optimization opportunities and develops standardized policies to support organizational goals.
-
Collaborates with cross-functional teams and leadership to align strategies, ensure seamless operations, and drive continuous improvement.
-
Utilizes advanced analytics and tools to create performance dashboards and drive improvement.
-
Develops and maintains a comprehensive performance management system focused on quality, utilization, cost, and escalations.
-
Establishes and manages action plan processes to ensure timely and effective remediation strategies.
-
Collaborates with executives and leaders to define accountability measures and integrate them into operational workflows.
-
Implements and maintains a tracking system to document remediation and accountability activities for teams.
-
Partners with Governance to align performance management systems with operations.
-
Collaborates with Operations leadership to support system integration and AdventHealth platforms.
-
Oversees performance management capabilities in partnership with Operations to support efficient performance workflows.
-
Leads initiatives related to performance practice management in coordination with leadership teams, finance, and operations.
-
Manages performance programs and integrates them into operational workflows.

Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong project management and process engineering skills. [Required]
- Excellent communication, negotiating, and collaborating abilities. [Required]
- Proficiency in data analysis, interpretation, and business analytics. [Required]
- Strategic thinking and a keen understanding of healthcare value across specialties. [Required]
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with executives. [Required]
- Demonstrated skills in advanced use of Microsoft Excel for analysis and data manipulation. [Required]
Education:
- Bachelor's [Required]
- Master's [Preferred]
Field of Study:
- in healthcare administration, Business, or related field
- in healthcare administration, Business, or related field
Work Experience:
- 4+ in healthcare [Required]
- Experience with data-driven performance management and strategic planning [Preferred]
- Familiarity with CRM architecture, provider incentives, and healthcare technology applications [Preferred]
