Job Description:

Responsible for the successful management and execution of strategic initiatives under ambiguous direction. This position prioritizes and manages multiple competing projects, deadlines, and customer relationships. Additionally, this role exhibits collaborative partnerships with stakeholders at all organizational levels to affect change within the organization. In addition, this position leads internal marketing team communications and builds project management structures associated with deploying marketing initiatives and strengthening the marketing operating model. Activities and competencies include strategic communication, project management, building professional networks, change management, client management, and performance management.

• Facilitates cross-functional meetings to align team efforts and address challenges.
• Travels for meetings to ensure stakeholder engagement and project alignment.
• Prioritizes and manages projects to meet strategic objectives.
• Develops processes to streamline project execution and enhance efficiency.
• Tracks and manages questions to provide timely and accurate responses.
• Identifies and reports issues to ensure proactive resolution.
• Assists in risk mitigation to minimize project disruptions.
• Provides updates to keep stakeholders informed of project developments.
• Manages project costs and schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Interacts effectively with stakeholders to foster collaboration and communication.
• Recommends actions to improve project outcomes and resolve issues.
• Resolves problems and manages multiple priorities to maintain project momentum.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to conduct research and to analyze and synthesize data from multiple sources. [Required]
• Ability to design, structure, implement and oversee multiple projects and teams simultaneously and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external parties, including executives, employees, physicians and consumers. [Required]

• Has conceptual familiarity with project management tools & methodologies [Required]

• Understanding and knowledge of the general principles and practices of healthcare administration and marketing [Required]
• Excellent judgment, analytical and interpersonal skills, and written, presentation and verbal communication skills [Required]
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships; Ability to quickly build relationships and diplomatically negotiate common approach; Ability to interact with all levels of management; Ability to work collaboratively and individually to achieve stated goals [Required]
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint [Required]
• Experience in healthcare marketing leadership [Preferred]
• Experience in mentoring project managers [Preferred]

Education:

• Bachelor's [Required]
• Master's [Preferred]

Field of Study:

• in Business Administration, Marketing, or Healthcare Administration

Work Experience:

• 3+ in healthcare and/or marketing experience or equivalent [Required]
• 5+ management experience or equivalent [Preferred]

Licenses and Certifications:

• Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner (CCMP) [Preferred]
• Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) [Preferred]
• Six Sigma [Preferred]

Pay Range:

$73,507.20 – $136,739.20
