Are you an experienced Certified Nurse-Midwife seeking a practice where you can focus on patients, grow professionally, and thrive within a supportive, collaborative team? Texas Health Medical Associates (THMA) is looking for compassionate, patient-centered CNMs to join our award-winning womens health team at Texas Health Hospital Mansfield.
As part of our midwifery program, you will:
Provide full-scope care to patientsfrom prenatal through postpartum
Attend and support births, including labor management, vaginal deliveries, and first-assist cesarean sections
Conduct well-woman and gynecologic care across the lifespan
Collaborate closely with OBGYNs, perinatologists, and other specialists for high-risk cases
Educate and empower patients to make informed healthcare decisions
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, hospital committees, and midwifery program development
We provide practice management and administrative support, allowing you to concentrate on what you do best: delivering exceptional midwifery care.

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years CNM experience
Must have managed at least 25 deliveries within the past two years
Licensed and able to practice in Texas
Comfortable providing care in a collaborative CNM group practice
Passion for providing patient-centered, evidence-based midwifery care
